We do not use imitation colored chocolates–we prefer that our products not taste like soap. We will however do our best to accommodate your color preferences through natural food coloring of white chocolate and/or use of colored sprinkles and edible decorations.

Our family business began in 1925, and is currently under the management of third generation chocolatier, Margie Schmidt. See our story on the home page to learn more.

We use Mercken’s dark, milk, white chocolate. We have used this brand of chocolate for the entirety of our existence.

The excessive heat of the summer months is not conducive to chocolate making. As a result, we are closed in July and part of August. However, if you need a special order, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
